About Iowa Medical PPE

We are a provider of standardized and custom personal protective equipment (PPE) solutions and work primarily in the food and medical disposable glove space.

Our Background

Iowa Medical PPE Supplies is a stand-alone spinoff company of TransChina Solutions (TCS). TCS is a new product development and supply chain management firm which specializes in creating entire supply chains for new-to-market product lines. TCS has offices in Dongguan, China and Cedar Falls, IA, USA.

Iowa Medical PPE Supplies as a stand-alone company started as a company in March 2020 with the initial goal of servicing local hospitals and nursing homes who did not have professional global sourcing teams. We initially sourced various types of PPE for our local customers. As demand grew, we started servicing regional (Midwest) customers. Today, we have customers across the US.

As we grew, we made the strategic decision to narrow our focus on one product category (gloves). Various categories of gloves now make up more than 90% of our sales volume. We now offer multiple disposable glove lines in generic packaging, private label packaging and our own branded product offering. The name of our branded product is “SafeHand” and is trademark pending with the USPTO.

As we have continued to grow, we have expanded our international presence. In addition to our headquarters in Cedar Falls, IA, we also have employees in Dongguan, China; London, England; and Mantin, Malaysia (30 minutes outside Kuala Lumpur).
