Product Description
This gas booster equipment uses pure compressed air as the driving power source, and a gas booster pump as the pressure source. It is designed to handle gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, helium, N2O, argon, CO2, and others as the pressurized medium. The output pressure is strictly proportional to the driving gas pressure.
By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding pressure of the pressurized gas can be obtained. When the drive gas pressure balances with the pressurized gas, the pneumatic booster pump automatically stops, stabilizing the output at the preset pressure. Features include explosion-proof operation, energy saving, environmental protection, and reliable performance in a compact, lightweight design.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What gases can this booster pump handle?
The system is compatible with Nitrogen, Oxygen, Helium, Argon, Hydrogen, CO2, N2O, CH4, and various other industrial gases.
Q2: Does it require electricity to operate?
No, the equipment is entirely air-driven using pure compressed air, making it ideal for explosion-proof and hazardous environments.
Q3: How is the output gas pressure regulated?
The output pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure. You can easily adjust the target pressure by regulating the inlet drive air valve.
Q4: Will the pump stop automatically?
Yes, the pump will automatically stop when the driving air pressure and the output pressure reach a state of balance at the preset value.
Q5: Is it suitable for high-pressure leak testing?
Absolutely. It is widely used for leak tests and hydrostatic testing of valves, tanks, pressure vessels, and high-pressure hoses.
Q6: What is the lead time for production?
The standard production time for this gas booster system is typically 12 to 15 working days.
