Air Driven Liquid Booster
Product Overview
The gas booster equipment uses pure compressed air as the driving power source, and uses a gas booster pump as the pressure source. It supports various gases such as Hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, helium, N2O, Argon, CO2, and other gases as the pressurized medium. The output pressure is proportional to the driving gas pressure.
By adjusting the pressure of the driving gas source, the corresponding pressure of the pressurized gas can be obtained. When the pressure of the driving gas source is balanced with that of the pressurized gas, the pneumatic booster pump will automatically stop and the output gas pressure is stabilized at the preset pressure. It features explosion-proof operation, energy saving, environmental protection, and adjustable output pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the main power source for this booster pump?
The system is entirely air-driven, using pure compressed air as the power source, which means no electrical power is required.
2. Can the output pressure be controlled?
Yes, the output gas pressure is proportional to the driving gas pressure. You can easily adjust it by changing the pressure of the driving air source via valves.
3. What types of gases can this machine handle?
It is compatible with a wide range of gases including Nitrogen, Oxygen, Helium, Hydrogen, Argon, CO2, N2O, and CH4.
4. Is the equipment safe for hazardous environments?
Absolutely. Since it is pneumatic and generates no sparks or heat during operation, it is explosion-proof and safe for use in dangerous oil and gas fields.
5. What is the typical lead time for production?
The standard production time for this equipment is approximately 12 to 15 working days after the deposit is received.
6. Does the pump require energy to maintain pressure?
No, once the preset pressure is reached, the pump stops automatically and maintains the pressure without any further energy consumption.
