Yes. We offer co-design under NDA including frame dimensions, controllers, firmware, finishes, and packaging. DFM/DFX feedback is typically provided within 48 hours.
Q2: What is the standard lead time for production?
First orders take 30 to 35 days due to tooling and packaging setup. Repeat orders are processed within 25 to 30 days. We provide weekly updates on production and ETD/ETA.
Q3: What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a standard 2 to 5-year warranty. Electronics and steel parts coverage vary by model. Final terms are confirmed on the PI and QC plan.
Q4: Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We support trial samples to allow you to check the fit, finish, and functional performance prior to mass production.
Q5: How is the product quality controlled?
We utilize a full IQC-IPQC-OQC system. This includes 100% function tests, load and aging tests, and ensuring noise levels stay below 50 dB. All lots are traceable.
Q6: How are after-sales issues handled?
For issues caused by manufacturing, we provide free replacements with the next order or via courier for urgent cases. We also suggest including 2-5% spare kits per batch.
